Anyone heard of Toyo tires, specifically the Proxes 4 series? Are these a decent tire for use as a daily driver that will also have a supercharger? I know people mention Nitto 555's and BFG KDW-2's... but i'm able to get a better deal on these.

Toyo is really a great tire.............I have T1R's...................after owning that is all I will buy!!

They are great. Great traction, great in rain. Mud and snow rated and best of all, 295 in 20".

I'd love to try them myself, but I don't think they make them in a 235/55R-17 for my wheel size.

Seems I'm bound to be stuck with the Pirellis.

I had a set on my 01. When my stock Pirrellis are shot, Toyos go on. I found they reduced the harshness of the 01 ride , good in rain. I recommend them

I too own the Toyo T1R these are some great tires I bought mine from a friend who works for a tire ditribution who only sells to retail stores only and not to the public I could have gotton any tire that I wanted and he HIGHLY recomended the toyo tires, I have the 245/35/20 front and 285/30/20 hope this helps.

Don't have them on the stang, but my sister-in-laws S/C Tiburon is running them and they work good for her.
