HAS ANYONE LEASED A 2007 MUSTANG GT?
Im looking to lease a mustang GT for 24 months.....i wanted to know what type of monthly payment am i looking at with 0 down......the reason im leasing is because i get sick of cars fast, and i probably wont be modding it much anyways. I also would like to see what the new design for the mustang will be, either a facelift or what not....and if i dont like it then i will do a lease end buyout......i know alot of you will say im retarted to do a lease but in my situation it works for me.......So anyone on here lease?

RE: HAS ANYONE LEASED A 2007 MUSTANG GT?
hey guys, im reconsidering the lease for a 2007 mustang gt again......I heard they are going for alittle cheaper because they are making way for the 2008's and trying to get rid of the 2007's.....Has anyone on here done a 24 month lease with 0 down and taxes and fee's upfront? So far i got one quote for 479 a month, and 2 quotes for 400 a month.....Im hoping to get it for about 350 a month if thats possible? Please post your deals and info, thanks

I leased mine for 36 months @ 429/month with 3k down with a Ford red carpet lease.
Your payment with 0 down will likely be around 500+.

I am a fan of leasing in certain circumstances, but if you're credit is good, look into the 0% financing and sell it when you want to.

You need to be careful when evaluating quotes from the various dealers. Some will give you a payment based on 10k miles/yr - most will outright lie and ignore your stipulation that there be no money down, 24 mo's, etc. They will just quote youa low enough payment to get you in then act surprised when you remind them of what you originally requested (I used to sell Fords).
There is no benefit to leasing a Mustang GT especially for 24 mo's. You are much better off going with a purchase at 0%, or if you really think you'll get rid of it after 2 years, take all the rebates and go with a normal bank rate (use calculators online to detrmine which leaves you in a better position after 24 mo's).
The bottom line is $350/mo for a lease or purchase with no money downain't happening. If you're serious, you need to be prepared to pay more like around $400 - $450. If they're offering 0% for 72 mo's, you might be able to get closer to $350 for a cheap, no-option GT.
