Default Black-out panel removal

Does anyone know how I can remove the rear black-out panel without damaging the paint. That double sided 3M tape is strong

Try heating it up with a hair dryer. You'll probably have to use something like Goof Off to get any residual adhsive off. Be sure to wax afterwards...
