Default Transmission Screwed Help with synchronizers!

I think I blew my 3rd gear synchronizer I checked all over the internet but there is no synchronizer kit for the tr3650. Anyone knows who sells them and how much and is there a upgrade kit for the transmission might as well reinforce it while I am at it. The gears grind when I shift fast or in high revs to 3rd. They enter with no problems at low revs/idle or slowly .

Thats pretty surprising as synconizers are always crapping out on these trannys. I thought D&D rebuilt 3650s along with a few other reputable trans shops. Sure its not a clutch problem.

Same thing happens with me when I shift above 4k from first to second.

Pretty sure it is not the clutch because it only happens in one gear. Anyways so there is no upgrade package nor anything.

If you thoughtI was surprised at the fact that the syncros crapped out, I wasn't. I was surprised that he couldn't find a shop that rebuilds 3650s or at least offers rebuild kits.

I have searched all over the net and called a few shops nothing yet. All I have found is the ford stock replacement.

Supposedly a shop called promotion builds rebuilds 3650s but I can't find anything on the net on them. I think they sell fully rebuilt cryotreated 3650s for 1600-1700 bucks.
