fordfanboy,

Thanks for the input!Im not so sure it would net a tenth either but I was just looking into every aspect of things along with the original poster(who seems to not have any input).Just for the record I do have seperate tunes. For street(93oct/125 shot tune) & my track tune(110oct/125 shot).I love the smell of that race fuel!LOL!By the way,Scott at D'Agastino tuned my car.Did a great job too!

I have been reading your replies and I am not planning on doing it. I did it on my fox body but would not do it since I need my power steeringand I don't have skinnies on the front. I basically just brought it up to see if anybodys done it or givepeople something new totry. Yeah if you find a belt that works and it improves your times it definitely a cheap mod to consider even if you just use it at the track.

i've done it. you need an 85" 6 rib belt. when i took mine out for a ride it didn't drive very well at all. i'm going to try it again at the track just to see how much difference if any there is.
our cars have the spindle moved forward of the ball joint unlike a fox body where they are lined up perfectly. this may have something to do with how it drives with out the P/S.
just be careful and do it at the track only.

Hey Bro thanks for the info! When are you planning to hit the track & do this?Let us know what gains you get.BTW,Your D/S I bought 7 months ago is still helping me rip high 11's!I plan on dipping into the HIGH 10's once I get the Procharger from a freind! But running 11's with your D/S is a testimony within itself!Sorry, was not trying to hijack the thread.Just wanted to express my gratitude for Spyders help!
