Default Guy's with pypes 0ff road H step in

Have you guys noticed power loss in the lower rpms? Mine loss 8 rwhp at the lower end and 10ftlb's of torque but itgainedthe same amountat the top end. I thinking about switching the stock mid pipe back on due to it feels sluggish at lower rpms. Any suggestions or idea's. Maybe it's just me and my imagination.

I don't know the exact numbers but I can feel a little power loss at the bottom end but I definitely feel power gain at the top end.

I cant tell a difference with mine really, if anything you would gain a few hp with the loss of the cats. Either way it sounds mean with my stingers and would never change it back.

The fiques are excact but, but I am more concerned about the sluggishness of the car down low especially with normal everyday traffic, I really notice it when I in heavy trafficI will probably leave it alone[&:]I didn't think that I would feel 8 horse power but I quess you can if you know your car real well.

I did notice the loss down low easily @ stock....but when running Dougs torq tune that feeling is completely gone. I do notice I cant quite spin them as easily either....but that is fine, it just doesnt do it unexpectedly now like before

I am going to go out on a limb here and guess you did not get a tune after you installed it?

HAVE to have a tune after any airflow mod - NO

SHOULD you have a tune after any airflow mod to get peak performance - ABSOLUTELY.

DO any changes (even minor) in your airflow greatly effect the functionality and commands of the PCU - YOU BETCHA

Bottom line - with the basic bolt-on's - tuning is the MOST IMPORTANT when airflow and/or fuel changes are made to the car.

Did anyone weld the 2 pieces together or use the clamp that was provided?
