If I get a rear swaybar W/O endlinks, can I also install prothane stock bushings?

If I get a rear swaybar W/O endlinks, can I also install prothane stock bushings?
Im confused on what exactly endlinks are what they do on the rear swaybar. I *thought* they were the little things sticking up from the swaybar to the chassis, but pics don't show that...
Anyways, i'm thinking of buying steeda's rear waybar w/o endlinks... And am wondering if I can also install prothane's bushings made for stock sways also, since I thought the bushings were in the endlinks which I would be keeping stock.
Someone stab me.

I got the Steeda from stangsuspension without thier end links, I think it was $169? Also have prothane busings on it, they worked just fine.
