My touch-up paint pen stopped working...
 

Anyone know how to fix it? Plenty paint left in there. Used it a couple times and it worked fine. Now, nothing. I really like it for small marks, like the one I got this weekend whenI opened my door into one of those concrete barrier things at the gas station (doh!).

Any help?I don't wanna buy a new one and just have that one stop working too.

you probably let it dry out on accident making it useless

It's not dried out. I screwed it open and the paint is fine. The pen part just isn't working.

you might try soaking the tip of the pen
in a little bit of the paint

run a lighter thru the tip of the pen that way it melts the dry paint be carefull dont hold it to long

What about paint thinner for the tip and than clean it with some running hot water after and see if that works?!

Or you could just get some of the paint out on a paper plate and use a toothpick or some other item. I use a toothpick for rock chips because it allows me better control.

I cant get the pen to work, even when it was new. Any help?

You have to push down on the tip. It is spring loaded.
