275/40/18 rear
235/40/18 front

well i have any clearance issues?

I dont think so, provided the wheels have the right offset, I have 255/40R18 at the front and 285/40R18 rears no problems whatsoever.

the rims are listed as 05-06 mustang rims with +36mm Offset 6.42 Backspacing. they well fit right?

Yes! They will fit as long as you have a 35 to 40 mm offset. I am running them on the back with Eibach pro springs and have zero rub problems.

I helped a guy with a Saleen, he was able to fit 335/30/18's in the rear without rubbing.
