Ok, I was wondering how the mustang holds its value over 4-8 yrs? I have a 2006 Mustang GT with 7500 miles on it. Kept in excellent condition. Bought the car for 28K out the door. I've added a C&L and SCT2. Foose nitrous 20' crome and nitto tires. I also want to add a Roush body kit. Total money put in and on the car will be around....$28K///$625///$2000///$2500====$33125.00 IF I wanted to sell my stang in the future and the miles were low and condition were still excellent What do you think the stang would bring? Example...5yr old car with 40k miles on it and with the additions I added above.
Reason why I am asking, is if I want to add extras or maybe even a SC in future. How much would I lose over a few yrs? First new car I have owned and added stuff to.

Stock rocks for resale! Keep ALL of your original parts and put them back on to get the best sales price.

I am curious though if a supercharger or turbocharger is worth anything on a car?

Some parts, like a supercharger installed by a name dealer with a warranty might get you a few extra bucks, but won't cover even half the cost of the install!
Once you start modifying your Mustang you might as well plan on keeping it for life!
That said, look at prices of used Mustangs. Even the 2004's still retain a decent value, especially if it's a GT or other special model.
As far as used prices on the new S197's, they are still keeping their value, but yes, most need to be stripped of all those mods, even the plain visual ones. Search Carmax.com to see how they hold up.

Unless the vehicle becomes a high demand, which is unlikely due to the fact that Ford has litterally thousands of 06 mustangs still on the lot. I think the car in 20 years might start to increase in value. You should never buy a car as an investment. Buy it for fun, buy it for need. Take care of it and then if it is worth something you can decide to keep or sell.
Most mod's wont pay out. Turbo's and superchargers will usually give you 25% on the cost of the TT or SC.
