I have a manual so I can not tell, but since you can change that parameter back and forth with your predator why dont you just try to see how it works for you, common sense tells the harder you shift the more stress on the transmission and drivetrain, diff etc.

Really??? Common sense would tell me that it would be easier on thetransmission by taking away the slippage, thus reducing the heat and wear overall ... I am not so worried about the rear end, drive shaft and the such. Thanks for the reply though..
