Just heat it up a bit with a blow dryer and thats pretty much it. It should come right off (You'll need to pull it off). Also, use some type of buffering solution if the paint is a bit off colored or anything like that. Though, it's new you should be okay!!

Yup, Tx does still do that crap. It blows having the plates and decal on the back with the dealer name on it. I'm not a freaking walking or should I say driving advertiser!!! Taking that off was the very first mod I did

+1. Mine just peeled right off. I did use a little compound to go over it and then I waxed it to blend everything in. My car is Windveil blue and the dealer used white vinyl letters; it looked terrible on back. I took them off as soon as I got the car under the garage.

Ha I peeled mine off right in front of the dealer.

A condition of our sale was no dealer sticker on the car when we came to sign. My mother-in-law schooled me on that one! The guy said "Why?" and I said "They're ugly and a useless form of advertising. If I am happy with you all, everyone will know - just as if I am not happy with you all - everyone will know"
