Default Why is Roush suspension so much more than Saleen??

I see the Saleen suspension kit for out GT's at about $700. The Roush is more than double that. The only difference I see is the Roush includes a rear swaybar. What gives?

Save yourself some time bro and don't bother with the overpriced Saleen/Roush products. Take your time and look around. The Saleen kit comes with shock/struts, springs, and swaybar. Don't forget that the Saleen shocks/struts aren't adjustable either. Check out Tokico for shocks/struts, Eibach, Steeda, and FRPP for swaybars and springs. Then you'll be set. Of course it all depends on where you want you car to stand performance wise too.

Well, to be honest I really don't have the time or patience to be adjusting shocks and such, and I don't autocross. Just looking to improve the handling some. I figured for $699 to get the same suspension as the Saleen, and it being a fairly complete kit, it's a deal, no? Just wondering why the big price difference, as they are both well regarded maufacturers.

I am pretty sure BMR does some nice suspension items.

tokico d-specs are the **** with some eibach sportline springs or pro kit springs. Roush is just overpriced junk in my opinion. I think that every product they make is over-priced and ****ty

Has anyone compared the ride of a Roush and Saleen equipped car?

You mean with other manufacturers? Or get the Roush/Saleen pieces separately?
