I love mine, dont have any problems at all, very easy to use.
but as every1 said, use it in a STRAIGHT street, no uphills or downhills or u will get sucky times. Wheelspin is also important here as in the track.

u dont need to do something for the G´s, only plug N play.
For accurate 0 - 60 and 0 - 100 u need to have the "pitch" corrected in the G-Tech. See instructions to have an idea what pitch # u need to have in the g-tech.
For shiftlights its only reving the engine in neutral, 30 sec step.

If you can lick a suction cup, turn a thumbscrew, and plug something in to your cigarette lighter, you can install the GTechs. That's all there is to them, really...You have to get the window mount in (unless you want to hard mount it to your dash, and then you screw it on), then plug in the cigarette lighter connection, and follow the onscreen instructions for calibration. Takes about 5 min. to go through it all, and then you're up and running!

Mine is in the dash and hard-wired from below. I drilled a hole in the aluminum panel that I made and mounted the button thru the hole.
