Actually, he never once said he had a s/c when the dealer did the unrelated work. All he said was now that he has larger tires hes thinking they would not do the same work.

a dealer worked on an unrelated issue, even though
there was a monster power adder, sitting there
in plain view.

The changed my rack and pinion steering assembly under warranty, but the new one leaks in the exact same place??? Now I have 275 tires on the front, so they would probably say that I put "strain" in the steering or something...

OK, the dealer is well aware of my car. And the supercharger emblems on the fenders might have been a clue if they did not know me.
I took it to them twice to work on my P0010 code (variable valve timing, bank 1). They blamed it on the supercharger and refused to work on it, even if I paid for it. They said to take it back to whoever put on the supercharger (which was me). After 10 months of a CEL and the inability to get the car inspected, I whipped out the wiring diagrams and troubleshooting tree (from the Ford DVD)and went to check it myself. It passed all the wiring checks, but I was also comparing it to the driver's side and found the return ground wire from the solenoid to the PCM was open (a check that was not on the circuit checks?). I spliced in a new piggyback wire (instead if ripping my harness apart) and fixed the car myself...so much for Ford technicians!

IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A DEALERSHIP TO VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
now if you bring in a blown motor of course they wont fix it.
