10mm. Your wheels will stick out 10mm or almost 1/2" more with the 24mm offset. This, providing we are talking about the same wheel width.

Offset 24 and Offset 34 on 18" wheels?
Wow I actually searched for like 20 minutes and couldn't find the proper front and rear offset for the car. Would some one mind posting it and also PM me at the same time, I find it really odd the info isn't easily availeble.

The stock offset is 45mm. At least that's what it is on the 17x8s

Wheels can have a positive or negative offset. Most of todays cars have a positive offset. The offsetis the distance from the wheel mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. So if a wheel's mounting surface was dead-on centered, then it would have a zero offset. A +34 offset would mean the mounting surface is 34 mm outward from the centerline and likewise, a +24offset would be 24 mm from the centerline. All other things being equal, alargerpositive offset will result in the wheel/tire moving inward toward the body while a smaller positive offset moves the wheel /tire outward toward the fender.

Wow, we have really shallow wheels, that's kinda cool.
