I have been planning for some time now to remove my GT fender emblems and paint them. Im sure there is someone here who has done it so this is where I need to be getting my info from. How do you take them off?

y dont u change it with the roush

Hmmm that doesnt really help me since I have no idea whether its bolted in or taped on.........

I would like to use the roush emblem but unfortunately I dont have the car completely "Roushed out" yet so until then, Ill just use the GT emblem.....

i dont remember cause the shop did mine. but i sure its not bolted on. its has to holes but there are just guides, then tape to hold it on.

It's not bolted but there are little prongs on the emblem that go into the fender.

Or park it in a bad neighborhood and someone is sure
to rip them off for you. Problem solved.
Seriously, fishing line and hairdryer.
Saw the adhesive from all angles to get
around the alignment pins and pull her off.

Had your emblem holes welded in did ya?
