GlassBack or Sunroof?

RE: GlassBack or Sunroof?
Have you seen the front of our cars? Aerodynamics... not. A little rubber moulding isn't going to make a bit of difference.

I sent an email to Saleen about the Saleen Scenic Roof, but haven't heard back from them. If it's possible to get, it seems to be more aerodynamic than the GlassBack in my opinion.

Ok well how is this...
I sent an email to Saleen about the Saleen Scenic Roof, but haven't heard back from them. If it's possible to get, it seems togive the car a more aerodynamic look and therefore to me appears to give the car a more asthetically pleasing appearancethan the GlassBack in my opinion.

Glassback
+ Looks sweet Big window
- Cost Won't open Won't close(sunshade?)
Moon roof
+ Opens Closes Cost
- Small window Doesn't fit as well
Mybudget wouldonly support a moon roof, but if I could afford the glassback I would consider it.

RE: GlassBack or Sunroof?
talked to saleen abouta min ago.
the scenic roof is installed only by saleen either in Irvine, CA or Troy, MI
and total cost is 5k [sm=jawdrop.gif]
Now if that adds an extra 150hp to the wheels like the S/C does I might fall for it :-)

RE: GlassBack or Sunroof?
Thanks cnapsys, they still haven't got back to my email. I'll perhaps have to send them another.
I have no problem driving from Vancouver, BC down to Irvine to get the roof installed. Personally I'd rather spend the 5k on the SSR than a Supercharger. I'd get absolutely zero use out of a Supercharger. The only concerns I have are a) would a repair / reinstallation (full cost of it) be covered under my insurance if something happened to it, and b) I'd have to actually ship my car to Irvine if the roof was smashed - yuck.
I'll probably call my insurance company and make sure they would cover repare / replacement of the roof.
