man that sucks... i had a close call myself a couple days ago.

i was following my friend in his Tahoe as we both made a left turn through an intersection. As I began my turn I was distracted by a cop talking to the owners of a couple cars on the road to the right of me that had just been in a fender bender in the same intersection several minutes before. At the same time an oncoming car (which was probably also distracted by the cop and cars) ran his red light and came through the intersection in between me and my friend. My friend stepped on the gas and sped through the intersection in front of him and i saw him at the last second and stepped on the brakes to let him through the intersection in front of me, narrowly missing a head on collision. Kinda funny because the cop probably saw the whole thing.
