Default Anybody from Georgia?

So im moving to Rome, Georgia on wed the 27th. jw if anyone on here is from that area. i dont know anyone down there!!!!!! and whats georgia like. nice roads is what i hear

i'm from duluth, so that's not too close to rome, but i've been there many times. i guess the roads around here are pretty good, but it varries by county. for the record, dekalb county roads are awful! a few good things, is 93 octane is plentiful if you need it, gas is relatively cheap, and the speed laws are more gracious than many other states

I'm from georgia also. Statesboro. I don't know where rome is though. There are alot of back roads to be found, and the police aren't really that bad around here.

I'm from Powder Springs, about 50 miles Southeast of Rome. That's a nice area up there. It's a little more laid back than the metro Atlanta area, and it's a nice old town with it's share of good, honest country folk. Of course, every town has it's share of idiots too, so you'll find a few in Rome but overall I'd say it's a nice place to be from.

I'm about 10 miles from rome. It a nice place,but the younger crowd their is kinda
cocky...lol.

Grew up in Liberty County near Savannah, in Cali now but I remember the backroads, but I also remember the spped traps on I-95. Got me plenty of times when I was a kid
