all dealers can charge what they want for the parts....if they want to charge you the exact cost of the part that they would pay they car.....if they charge more then they can make a profit off the parts.....just their call

So what are the prices on fordpartwebsite.com? Are those a marked up retail as well or somewhere in the middle?

they are less than list....go put the list together and print it out, then go to you local dealer.....give them the list of parts and see what the total is....then if the total was less from Kevin or the fordpartswebsite, have them match it.....the totals are not going to be that much different but if you have a truck you can maybe save from shipping since you can pick it all up from the dealer....otherwise the other 2 options will have to have it shipped obviously

Yes I found all the parts there at fordpartswebsite.com but their seach feature is all screwed up. You have to call them...or get the part numbers from the link below and look them up:

As far as the markup, they give you the list price and the price they sell the item for. It's always lower. Doesn't mean you can't find it cheaper, but it is what it is.

THanks guys... I just parted it out at fordpartswebsite.com and it is several hundred less than my other option. I'm going to take it to my dealer and get a direct quote from them.
