yeh imo they look good on the 6 or the shelby because of the black rocker panels, but on the gt where they have body colored ones, they seem to just be in the middle of no where and too high up

Looks much much better.
I'm not a fan of stripes myself. Each to their own and all that, but it just seems that the Mustang which stands out these days is the one without stripes, if only because it's in the minority. (Just went to the garage and double checked I didn't have any on mine )
I felt bad for a couple of guys who rolled into our local Saturday park & shine last weekend, they both had new-ish stock White Mustangs and they had both recently fitted the Ford-Blue double up and over stripes. It was like two girls showing up at the prom with the same dress on !!! LOL They had to take some ribbing from the Fast & Furious brigade for that one
