Shelby Brembo brakes

Shelby Brembo brakes
I am interested in upgrading my brakes with the Shelby Brakes Kit 14 inch rotors and Brembo 4 piston calipers. I have seen this kits going for as little as $600 to as much as $1400 on Ebay. Anyone know where I can pick one of these kits up for around 600-800 bucks. I also heard that it needs a 9.5 inch rim in the front in order to work. I have 20X9 in th front but the Roush brakes and Saleen brakes fit with no problem.

You can probably get the powdercoating cost down if you dissasemble the calipers and bring in just the cases.
I think the reason a lot more people dont use the shelby brake kits is because they do require such a large rim.

Yes they do require a 9.5 inch rim, I have a Roush and have 18X10s front and rear. It's very odd to have a 10 inch rim on the front though, I had 20X9 Saleen Rims couldnt do it with those.

RE: Shelby Brembo brakes
I just ordered some CT-R 18x9 front (and 18x10 rear) wheels today and they told me that they will clear the Shelby/Brembo front brakes. www.ctrwheels.com
