Any self respecting vandal will have his own personal array of scratch inflicting impliments so I wouldn't worry about them removing the pins to simply use them to scratch their gang names in your fenders. .

Of more concern is the desire to drill holes in a perfectly good hood to install fake pins in the first place LOL

Don't [fake] hood clips fall into the "rice" category?
if fake hoodpins were considered rice, alot of people on here would be considered ricers. alot of people have fake hood scoops, so isnt that technically rice too? if u got something in ur car to back it up its not a problem. i dont like how everyone is so worried about becoming a ricer. if u dont drive a stock jap car with a **** load of cosmetic stuff done u have nothing to worry about. i dont think anyone on this site has to worry about that either. we all have different tastes and visions for what we want our cars to look like. let everyone do what they like.

Yes, yes is it

You're right though, these are our toys and we have the right to do to them what we want, you're right on

Fakes are $63 from CDC
http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com...splay/633.html

Uses 3M tape to attach...good luck taking that off every night.

$7-$15 for the real thing. If you're worried about people taking them off, either don't put them on or get ones that attach permanently. I don't see what else there is to say on the subject.

If you wired cat skulls to your pins no one would take them and scratch you car. Look mean too.
