Waste of money IMO. I would just use the Motorcraft (or Purolator - same thing) and change it often. If you like throwing away money I am accepting donations. Sometimes too many of us get too deep into the "bigger is better" mentality.

Been using Mobil 1 and Ford filters many years, many vehicles,with zero engine problems. AND, my engines look like new dimes inside too. I change every 5K miles. Works for me.
