Looks great! 5 hours, that's pretty good. It took me like 10+ hours to do mine, but I am far from a pro.

Yeah, I paid $350 to have them installed(tint shop took 4 hours, but they didn't do the front bumper since I had screwed up the stripes attempting to do it myself). Although Rob is so cool, sent me just the bumper pieces for $20(including postage) and did the bumper myself, although I hit something on the road last week and it scratched the left bumper stripe(no paint damage) and Rob sent me another set(same price and it made him chuckle). This time went on PERFECTLY. Secret?
Make sure it's warm outside(it was 85+ yesterday here in L.A.), put on plenty of sunscreen, have a jug of water to drink from and take your time. I allowed drying time between pieces and I remove the backing paper from the center(of the piece)with my finger-tips and roll it back slowly. I trimmed the top bumper pieces right at the lip and installed the middle piece over lapping the top piece and trimming at the lip(perfect results!). I was shocked how much easier it is to put the stripes on in hot weather(I know the heat helps, but it was a piece of cake) and I had maybe 2-3 bubbles(tiny ones) and I find that using the squeegee in a short,counter-clockwise maneuver helps from "pinching" the stripe and causing an unwanted crease[:@]. Took an hour and 45 minutes to do the front, I felt so proud afterward[sm=smiley20.gif]

I think they look great. The car is sweet and if you gonna stripe it the pin stripe to the side is the only way to go. Nice job.

Like it more than I thought I would. I too would have chosen satin silver, but your pics look sweet. The fuzzy dice have to go though.

hahahaha! I love the fuzzy dice - LOVE THEM... I'll make you a deal - you get rid of the dealer sticker (finally.....) and I'll get rid of the dice!

The stripes look great, but we need to talk about your prestige tag
