Is intake supposed to make noise?
My C&L intake with a tune is pretty quiet, i don't think i can hear it sucking at all when i'm driving it. Is this normal? I hope i got it setup right ahha
I was just wondering cause a friend of mine has a K&N one on his durango and I couldn't believe how loud it was when he revved it. Real loud sucking noice.

I'm not really sure what you mean by a really loud sucking noise, but mine sounds a lot deeper inside the car when I accelerate. The engine screams when I get above 4000 inside the car. If you give it a quick rev you can hear it suck in for a second in the beginning.

The AEM intake I put on my colorado wsa ungodly loud at WOT. The factory intake had two silencers on it. These cars have an already free flowing intate, so the noise isn't increased as much as on trucks(which are designed to be quiet)
