extreme water in vents

extreme water in vents
Today the wife and I went for a drive and at the end of the drive we noticed a large amount of water/condensation in the vents. One of them was actually dripping. The car hasn't been washed in about a week and it wasn't raining. Has anyone else see this? Just odd. It was about 100 today here but still.... Dripping vents?
