Issues with my 07 GT
I have a 2007 GT with 2000 milesand I love the car but there are 2 issues that have been bothering me.
The first one is when I drive in the rain you can hear the water splashing under the rear wheel wells and trunk. Water does not get in but it's annoying and sounds cheap.
The second is I have 18" rims and when I hit bumps it's very hard and I hear a sound like a klunk.

Solution to problem #1: don't drive in the rain.
Solution to problem #2: avoid bumps.

you'd have to compare the Mustang to other Mustangs to see if that clunking is normal. Or a normal problem.
As far as water noise- just kneel down and look around where the rear tire is. All open!
Expect at least one problem with your Ford!

Don't know what to tell you about the rain issue. But the "thunk" is a known issue. I'm actually going
into the dealertoday to get the newly released part that does finally fix the issue. Here's the thread, I believe it's the biggest one in this forum. 74 pages
