Default Bad UDP Install

I just had underdrive pulleys installed and I started to get an awful sound from the engine. When I pulled over and popped the hood, it looks like the water pump pulley is coming off. The bolts were loose and everything. Can I just push it back into place and tighten the bolts? How many ft-lbs do they need to be tightened?

IDK about the torque spec because my steeda instructions don't mention one for the wp pulley...my advice is, tighten them pretty snug with the rachet with the belt off, then install thebelt and then snug them some more...as tight as they were when you took them off, which sounds kind of dumb and I'm sure somebody will post better info...hold the wp pulley if it starts to spin under the belt as you're tightening the bolts and also use some threadlocker blue on the bolts, so they won't loosen due to vibration, but if you ever need to get them off for anything, you'll still be able to (don't use the red strength!)
p.s. at least you got your crank pulley off...last night I couldn't locate the correct puller or how to use the damn thing, then got paranoid about messing up the crank hub threads, so I buttoned it back up and I'll let the shop do it for fifty bucks or so (squawk-squawk-chicken!!!squawk squawk)
