Mine is not a Roush, its a CDC piece that I modified in order to show my powder-coated cam covers, blue injectors, etc. I added the Roush plates to it just because I wasn't crazy with the "Mustang" plates that CDC puts on it. It works well with the Vortech as you can see.

Regarding a KB blower with a CDC shaker, yes it can work- there is a dude on other forums (Don_W) that has had this setup for a year now. Not the prettiest think, but still a Shaker with a big blower.

So you basically cut it and then put a weather stripper around the top? If so could you tell me the exact weather stripping cause this is a great idea. I think concealing the entire engine like they have make it look like a EURO car with all the plastic covers.

Yep, thats what I did. I think I still have the box of stripping at home; I got it locally from an auto store like Advanced Auto or AutoZone, one of those places.

Here's mine. I've also trimmed my shroud like Tom has. I didn't like the huge shroud the scoop is mounted to.
One of my favorite appearance mods I've done on mine.

Just be advised that CDC charges like $250 for a replacement shroud if you happen to F yours up.......but don't let that stop you, I only give this mod about a 3 beer difficulty.

I think the shaker scoop look so small, proportionally to the rest of the hood/car. Definitely could be more agressive.

I thought the same thing when I installed mine. I won mine from an American Muscle contest so it was free. Then it sat in my garage while I decided if I would install it cause I thought it looked to small. Let me tell you, in person it looks so much better than what you see on the pics. Not sure why, but the size is for sure an optical illusion.
