Is everyones Governor set at 115mph?? This really pisses me off, we have a mustang and it tops out at 115mph, is there a way to take this off? [/align]How fast has everyone gotten there car? GT or V6??[/align]

get a programmer such as an SCTxcallII or a Preditor tuner. u can take it off that way

When the speedometer was bouncing around past 150, I just gave up trying to figure it out. I'm tuned though, so I don't know what the governer was at before.

V-6=115
GT=147 or 148 is the gov for stock but with a Sct tuner you can turn it off

ya i hit 115+ on the way to work daily.

i thought the stock gt governed at 140.

once i buried the needle at 145 and kept on until it freaked me out, never again. at that speed the car was screaming loud, my ears began to rang. i lack mufflers btw.

My dodge ram governer can be disabled if you turn the key like you are starting it...so you do it around 105 the only problem is you have to hold it. All the gauges and music shuts off and then you take off...
