You must have gotten a really bad tune from SCT. What intake do you have? My car put down 288 rwhp with just the C&L intake and predator 91 tune. I was able to gain 7 hp throughout the powerband with the dyno tune and it topped out at 292 rwhp. It was a hot day to about 90 degrees andpretty humid at 1300 ft elevation. My torque did go up 8ft/lbs and the car has much better throttle response. I'm not doubting you but 17 hp and 22 lbs tq sounds way to high for just a dyno tune and no extra mods.
