Exact power gain will be in the order of 10-20 hp depending on tune. The throttle response will feel crisper but you know, the car will feel even faster due to the noise from the CAI.
The Placebo effect is strong with the CAI and as good as any tuning device I can think of.

BTW, I have no idea what this means -
it's a noise adder nut for power but if u go o/r like 6-7 if u go cats like 3-4 RWHP

a catted xpipe would be perfectly "legal"

changing anything on an exhaust is technicallly illegal until a certain number of miles....

What do you mean by the CAI giving noise? I've always wondered about this... Mine is dead silent, never hear it. And when I installed it and put in the new tune it actually quieted my loudmouths... I didnt like it, but wanted the CAI, so I ordered a b@ma tune and again, the car was quieted by the CAI and the CAI made no sound. Weird...? I've talked about this a lot on here. No big deal, but completely opposite of what I was expecting in terms of sound. Figured more air meant more sound.
