the stage one bbr cam does make power well for a N/A engine, but the stage 2 makes more power along with more lope which is one of the coolest factors of a camshaft for me. with heads and cams and supporting mods, a stage one cam you'll be around 360-370rwhp. stage 2 will be 380-390 but with the stage 2 you will lose torque. not a noticable amount, but never the less you will lose torque. its a no-brainer to get the stage 2 imo.either way its going to run you about 4k.look up on youtube bbr cams to hear that sweet lope.

I know this is an old thread. But I have a question. Now that Mustangs have Variable Valve timing for great gas mileage and better upper power. Does that mean cams that would have hurt the torq on previous model GTs is not not hurt in low end torq now?

Check out Brenspeeds site in the tech section. They have made decent gains on N/A using cams +CAI+throttle body. I'm planning on staying N/A myself . While this not a bolt-on mod, it is something I may consider down the road.
