Xcal Tuner wont turn on! HELP PLEASE

Xcal Tuner wont turn on! HELP PLEASE
So I was returning my car back to the stock tune today. I did the steps correctly so when I turned on the car the information center and the speedometers would not turn on. The car seemed like it was running fine (it didnt die on me or anything). Now when I try plugging in the Xcal Tuner in my car to try to reload the stock tune, the tuner doesnt even turn on! Do you guys have any advice? I really need some help right now because Im taking my car to the dealer tomorrow. Thanks guys

I may be way off here, but if you have an auto parts store in your area that offers a free scan, have them plug into your obd2 and if their machine won't turn on either, you can at least isolate the problem to your car, and if their machine works you can isolate it to your tuner...it's a starting point anyway...
...or I guess you could see if your tuner turns on when plugged into the usb on your computer (less travelling that way)...

Dumb question, but the XCal was plugged in all the way, correct?
Also, if you're taking your car into the dealership after a reflash, it's probably better that you put at least 100 miles on it after the flash. Gives a chance for everything to reset.

Yeah I made sure I plugged it in all the way... I disconnected the battery maybe that'll work. I hope 
This was my worst nightmare with the tuner and it came TRUE ahhhhhhhh

Call the shop you got it from and see what support you get, if you have not already. Good luck bro. I think its on the list for a lot of us as a major nightmare.

check and make sure you cig lighter works. If that fuse goes it will also stop giving power to the obd plug. Happened to me once when i went to get my dads denali scanned at auto zone.
