Current record stone stock (including 235/55R17 Pirellis) is 13.2 @ 104.8 mph.

That would require density altitude well below sea level, a well prepped track, a car on the "good" end of tolerences, and an Evan Smith quality driver.

PS a really good driver can get a 1.89 60' onstock Pirellis.

Would rotational mass include the front tires or is that only including rotating parts the engine is powering?

My best bone stock run was a 13.69. Everything was as it was from the factory except for lowering the rear tire pressure to 20PSI. Track was at sea level (Louisiana), humidity was 30%, temp was in the upper 50's.
This time sounds about right... When I first got this car my friend plugged in an OBDI reader and we ran a 1/4mile on a quiet street at night... 13.49 bone stock. However, his tool doesnt start recording time until you start moving, so had this been a real track then 13.49 + reaction time from the start would be up towards 13.6, so it sounds about right.

Actually its the other way around.Reaction time doesnteffect your ET at the dragstrip. The clock starts when your front tires roll out of the second staging beam. A 13.49with a reader would actually bequicker at the strip.

Speaking of heavy wheel's affecting e.t.'s, in a recent Grassroots Motorsports article, simply switching to lightweight wheels (approx. 8 lbs less per wheel)lowered a Mustang GT 0-60 by two tenths!

I'm pretty sure rotational mass only includes the drive wheels that are being powered by the engine. The fronts would be considered unsprung weight since they aren't being powered by the engine. The 18inch polished bullets and tires are nearly 6lbs heavier at each corner that the stock 17 inch wheels and tires for a total of 24lbs. I've heardthat reducing 10lbs of rotational mass will reduce .1 off 1/4 et's.

Mid to high 13's, depending on transmission and tire size. The fastest 1/4 run I've ever heard of for a stock S197 GT was an 05 running 13.4. 05 and 06's are identical.

Those times all sound great to those of us in Southern Arizona (3000 ft) - stock GT's are running mid to upper 14's and to provide some comparison, GTO's are upper 14's to mid 15's , Z06's are mid to upper 13's here. Altitude really hurts the times.
