These are the places I've found the best pricing/service so far for each:

Saleen = Undergound Mustang
Whipple = Blue Oval Performance
Paxton/Vortech = Brenspeed
KB = KB
Roush = Ebay is really the best deal on these.

Do a search on this topic, there is much info on it. Several ways to go. There are a couple threads that list all the options, pros and cons.

Buy it from Ford Racing Sports and have your dealer install it. You can buy one to boost you to 400hp or 500hp, either way make sure to buy a good suspension package to back up your new driving habits.

The reason I suggest Ford is because it won't void your warrenty (check with your Service Manager, it usually can vary) and it will come with an excellent warranty. Personally, I like Vortech but anything to avoid voiding my warrenty is what keeps me focused.

First thing is to learn something about supercharger technology. A place to start might be How Stuff Works http://auto.howstuffworks.com/supercharger2.htm.
Don't think about brand names until you have decided which type of supercharger best suits your driving habits and goals. You should also take a look at turbos, if only to get a more complete picture of forced induction.

The best buy right now is the Saleen VI/JDM Stage I package. Roughly 430 rwhp (3.6 Pulley / 8 psi) for roughly the price of the base Saleen Kit (Its lower than he can advertise) byTHE expert in Saleen Blowers. He is having a sale through the end of the month. They claim 600+ 2005-2007 Saleen/JDM Mustangs with no engine failures.
