Roush 1/4 window louvers
Anyone else have more of a gap then they thought at the tip side (triangle point) after installing. I know they aren't flush fit like that removal window type but the gap is noticable. I called Roush and they said sometimes the mold or bend does not fit perfectly.... blah blah Thanks,Greg

RE: Roush 1/4 window louvers
I'll try to post pics later, but mine fit perfectly. In fact, several ppl commented that they looked like factory, and had no idea, they were aftermarket.
I'd suggest, noticing where the gaps are, removing them, and try to "flex/bend" them a little at a time, until they look better. I'm very pleased with my ROUSH Louvers, and I hope yours turn out OK[sm=signs003.gif] |
RE: Roush 1/4 window louvers
Thanks for the tip. I'm getting stripes painted next week at a body shop so I just might ask them to look at this as well. I also like the look of these louvers so I hope I can get it more flush. If youhave timesee if you can get a close up shot so I can give them something to shoot for!

RE: Roush 1/4 window louvers
One thing about the quarter louvers is that if they stick out, when you look in your side rear view mirrors, is that they give you a feeling your driving a Countach!
I'll have to post a pic someday! |
RE: Roush 1/4 window louvers
Got roush ones, the gap is really small but noticeable, about 1/32 of an inch or so
