How to fix a bouncy suspension?
Ever since putting the lowering springs on my stock shocks my car seems to bounce around over even the slightest bumps. How can I fix that? All I hear is to change over to the tokico dspecs, is there any other solution? Possibly a cheaper one?
thanks guys |
RE: How to fix a bouncy suspension?
Any performance shock/strut upgrade will help this. D-specs just happen to be very good for the money/application

dspecs

I run D-Specs...very happy with them and I feel they were worth every penny. Though it did make my "drop the car" project a lot more expensive than I originally thought it was going to be. If there is any other solution to the problem your describing I have never come across it.

relocation brackets? blind leading the blind again.
Your dampers aren't meant for use with lowering springs. D-specs are a steal at $500 compared to $350 for non adjustables. |

call your city's gov and tell him to fix the roads or he doesn't get any votes next year. <--- FTW. (Construction blows though) :(

I can't add to, but only agree - yes, you need new shocks which are matched to your spring rates.
