Hey Taco,
Will we need a PHR relocation bracket to fit the Ford Racing (TA performance) girdle?

Check this thread it has the FRPP P/N and some other info you might find important for your install. If I remeber correctly I read a thread that said you dont need to relocate the Panhard bar.

I think I'm going to go with the LPW girdle. It looks really nice (not that anyone can see it) and is WAY cheaper than the Ford Racing one. I just got off the phone with a rep from LPW and it's also made up of the SAME materials as the FORD ones...356T6 Aluminum. It also clears the stock pan hard rod and other depending on size.

I was playing around with my sig and decided to put up a pic and be like the rest of you guys. LOL!
To stayon topic, the LPW cover looks great. I'm sure it's just as good as the FRPP one. I for one am not proud at the price I paid, but it does look cool. [8D]

Another question....
Is it worth it to get the following gasket for the rear end?
http://www.quadratec.com/products/52416_110.htm
My installer says I don't need it because he's going to use some silicone stuff....but I want to make sure. Thanks!!!

The factory uses silicone and the LPW instructions say silicone is best...

Swanson said that most guys that install some type of (paper, etc.) gasket end up with leaks.
So, my installer didn't use the enclosed gasket that came with the girdle. He used the same type of grey silicone as the factoryto form agasket. He also told me that he used liquid teflonon the threads of the fill and drain plugs and if I ever openeither, make sure to re-applyusing the same liquid teflon (not the tape kind).
