Lets see, mine is borderline lemon:
Clutch packs
window felt replacementafter scratching tint
Leaky master cylinder that left bubbled paint in the engine firewall
Fuel sending unit (taken it in 2 times, finally fixed)
Shaker 500 replacement twice and it still sucks
Multiple times for Pinging at high RPM (this car has yet to see a tune)
Poping speaker in door panel
faulty head light wiring

had my car since march, hasn't been to the dealer yet. but it will go in soon for the front suspension clunk

too many problems =(
things i brought it in for:
water leaks in. door handle broke.
things i havent brought it in for, but need to:
window tint scratch. funny shaker 500. windows roll down after i do the auto up. rear diff thunk. dash rattle.
can i lemon yet? i'm already lime!lol

Ive had to have my fuel tank replaced...
and at the same time that was happening I had them check out my speakers on the shaker because they were distorting...turns out a bunch of fuses on different speakers were loose.

The vert has only been back for the roof seals to have a minor adjustment though the Shaker 500 is playing up a little, oh & the hood liner is rubbing on the plenum cover (ordered a new one last August - still waiting for one to come that isn't damaged out of the box).
My coupe, before I traded it in at 3 months old, went back 4 times for the brakes grinding, 5 times for the passenger airbag not sensing a passenger (until it reached the dealer of course) & at one week old it decided it didn't like the transmission being linked to the shifter so threw the connecting rod onto the floor. It was a nice colour though..lol.

Went on a trip for a week and left my radio on then turned off my car . My battery died, then i took her in and they said i had a bad battery from ford and replaced it.
