last year i bought a mustang v6 2006 coupe (stick) and the sticker price was $28,000 thats it.. no tax and no interest for 6 years.. and i want to know if i got ripped because v6 2006 are around 19,000-21,000 and my car was 7,000 more $..

these are the mods they added to the car...

-body kit, hood scoop
-Nitto nt555 tires (i think thats the number)
-custom rims "20
-magnaflow exhaust (not dual)
-leather seating

Well if they added all that stuff then it was for a price above sticker, yes? A price you agreed to.... Sounds like a custom build at the dealer, which carries a heavier tag.

Usually custom rims and tires like that will add at least $3000 to the MSRP.
Body kit - about $1000
Exhaust- same thing
Is the leather seating different from the Premium seating? If so, add about $800...
Sounds like you got what you paid for.
Also, remember, you would probably be unhappy if you'd got the plain V-6!

I think you bought a sweet looking car. Now stick a CAI and tune in that bad boy and call it a day..

I got my car for a little over 22k with the stripes hood scoop, quarter louvers, chin spoiler, tires+rims but no body kit, but my dad also told the guy he wouldnt pay more than 23k so he made a deal with the guy, they were asking 26k for it. but you got a sweet looking car for 28k

Prices, and what the dealer will do, vary wildly. There is always a better deal somewhere, usually noticed right after you buy your car. The advertising is relentless because the dealers have to keep selling. As long as you like the car, that's the important thing. Go drive it and enjoy it.

maybe just a tad for what I would pay for a v6 but your car looks nice as hell. I'd take a second look if I was driving past you. Enjoy your car

I don't know if you got ripped off, it's a nice looking car, but I paid $25k for my new loaded 06 GT last year.
