A day at the track
First night at the 1/4 since my 125 shot (ran a 100 shot there once before), but only second time at a 1/4 ever since the closest 1/4 track is about 2 1/2 hours away.
My best time was: 60 foot 1/8 et 1/8 mph 1/4 et 1/4 mph 1.607.634 89.9711.984115.54 My best time was acually my last. The first two i couldnt get a 60 foot below 1.8, made a 12.2 and a 12.3. Not too bad, hopfully after my headers and maybe 3.73's ill shave a tenth or two off. :) |

Mickey thompson et streets on stock 17 inch rims. I like them better than the nitto 555r's i had, and the lighter rim helps a bit too.

RE: A day at the track
nice run, I finally shot mine with the 75 shot and it is pretty close to what you ran time wise, but I already have headers and gears. I went to another track and bumped it up to 125 shot and smoked the tires bad and ran a 11.94 with a terrible 60' and 115.9 mph, only was able to make one pass I decided with the bad track conditions of the day to run na so I would have a better chance of making it through the eliminations. I gained 16 hp and 30 lbs tq with my headers so that should easily be worth a couple of tenths for you

How do you like the MAC headers? I was debating them or BBK, both around the same price and are cheaper than all the others. Also how was the fitment? Thanks! |
