Mudbus

I am going to put a set of 18x9wheels on the front and 18x10 wheels on the rear on an 07 GT. They are Mach 1 replicas, heres the link http://www.wheelreplicas.com/magnumwheels.html.

My concern comes in the specs of the tires for these rims. What i would like to do is reproduce a look of the older Mustangs which means a side wall a bit taller than whats common on most rim/tire packages of today. I do not plan on lowering thecar but i want to fill upthe fender wells with 18' wheels and tireswithout getting tire rub problems. Any knowledgeable advice in this area would be forthcoming.
