The second is that you bought Motive.
The third is that you got 4.10s. (Unless you have serious horsepower, you are just wasting your time and money) (Stick with the 3.55s or if you do not have that option, go with 3.73s)

Sad to see u got a bad piece [&:]but yeah as some guys said, they're basically "cheap" new, so i wouldn't have taken any chances with used ones, chances are very high that the install could've gone wrong and therefore the gear could be damaged, theres a ton of stories out there of gear whine and similar anomalies.

me too. the worst part was when i pulled em out of the box. i was so excited, and then when i looked at them, i felt sick. i was dyyyyyyying to get these already. i know getting used gears might not be the best idea, but i'll tell u guys what.i would never sell try to sell a set of gears that i had used if they were broken like that.

hopefully he'll refund me, if not, im out 75 bucks, not terrible, just mean. i spoke to his wife, she said he was on a plane coming back tonight and she would have him call asap. she seemed nice. i did the transaction on ebay, but notthrough paypal. any recourse through ebay? i have some faith in humanity, and im hoping he settles up with me. if not, look for me on judge judy or something like that.

well i have some good news guys. the seller just contacted me, he was really appologetic and friendly. he felt bad, and said he would never try to sell a bad item to anyone cuz he knows what its like to have been had. he told me his ford mechanic pulled it off and told him it was good to sell, so he boxed it and never really gave it a look before selling it. he said to send it back and he will pay for the shipping as well. i paid him by money order, so he said when he gets the item back he will send me a money order to cover my loss. i guess my faith in humanity was well deserved =)
