1st trip to the track...
I went to Greatlakes Dragway today for a little test n tune and was fairly happy with the results.
1st run
60ft. 2.059
1/8th8.901
1/413.709
MPH 105.46
2nd run
60ft. 2.085
1/8th8.955
1/4 13.77
MPH 105.31
My 60ft. times need improvement but I think for the mods I have on an auto it moves out pretty good. Would a slightly shorter tire improve my 60ft? I didn't really have any traction issues and I know I don't really need a tire as big as what I have out back. Any thing else that could improve my times?

Your 60ft times are pretty good for street radials, the trap speed is pretty decent too, but with those mph #s and 60ft times I'd think a 13.4-13.5 would be more appropriate. Have you tuned your tranny shifts? Get some drag radials instead of shorter tires, with a sub 2.0 60ft time you should be around 13.2-13.4 range IMO

The shift points were adjusted in the tune I got from Brenspeed and I don't know if I should mess with them myself, they seem pretty decent where they are set at.

I was thinking the same thing about the trap speed. I know another guy with the same car and his trap speeds were lower but his quarter time was faster, almost the same 60ft too. I'm tossing the idea of a torque converter with a 3200 stall, but i'm going to get a trans cooler and possibly a deeper trans pan too so I can keep the tranny from getting too hot. Speaking of hot, it was 124 degrees on the track today when I made my passes.
