The most important thing you need is the bumper and if you are getting it for 200, then grab that first, because it seems as if they are charging you last years pricing and they might ultimately go back on their word, so grab it quick. Then I will help you with the rest. It is fairly simple but you will need more parts. Good luck.

The Current MSRP on the front Bumper alone is $543.82 .....I do not think it is possible to buy the parts for anywhere's near $1200 at the current prices ...I just priced all the parts at newfordparts.com .... it came to approximately $1500 plus shipping ...

eh.. i called my local ford dealerships (theres 3 large dealerships quite close to me, within 300 miles, which is what i consider close as i drive nearly 200 miles a day, heh) and the prices were as follows: gt500 bumper (painted to match) = $130. gt500 headlights & foglights = $225 upper/lower gt500 grille = $125 what else would i need? and i would rather do the conversion myself, so what do you guys think? should i just order my parts through ford and do it all myself?

Why are you ordering a fender? Need one?
You need 2 fog lights ... not 1 ...
You need the wiring harness for the fog lights so you can cut the connectors off and attach to your GT harness
If you are starting with a GT ... you need the inner fender liners .
You need the radiator Sight Shield.
I think that is all you are missing. There is also miscellaneous nuts, bolts and rivets as well. Either you need to get them from Ford or have your body shop get them.
