Muffler Align...I'm Frustrated!!
I align my tips as best as possible, they never are perfect but I get them close, they last for a while and then they seem to shift?? the left side drops, and then to me they look off!! I HATE IT!![:@[sm=WTFsgign.gif][sm=rant.gif]

Check the clamp thats in front of the rear axle. If it's loose it can twist causes the mufflers to become uncentered.

Are the claps tight enough maybe you need to put some elbow in it.

Oh ya!! I think it is the rubber is fatigued? clamps are tight!

Easy fix! Loosen the 2 bolts on the clamp for the midpipe a little until there's a little slop. Get someone to center the pipe while you twist at the midpipe connection then tighten down. It's all in the Taco Bill's writeup on how to insstall the FRPP Stingers. https://mustangforums.com/m_3104526/tm.htm
I just installed my Stingers and it worked like a charm. Rick [sm=smiley34.gif] |

The rubber mounts shouldnt have given out this fast, try the midpipe trick. If it was the hangers I would think they woul be messed up from the start rather than being ok for a little while.
