Default converting to a power passenger seat

Have any of you done this? I have a new 2007 GT with a driver's only power seat. I want to change the passenger seat to a power seat too. How much of a job is this? How expensive is the power seat hardware? What year Mustang seats would be interchangable? I'm thinking of trying to see if I can find a wrecked Mustang with the seat I need. Thanks for any information you may have.

I don't sit there, so I honestly can't for the life of me figure out what the point would be.

07's I believe started with the power passenger seat so it might be hard to find one.

Don't know much about the price but I can't imagine it's cheap.

Someone researched this earlier, it's around $500 or so.

This can be done. You need 4 parts. Passenger side power track ($390 to $600). Passenger side power seat wire harness ($40 to $60). Passenger side power seat switch ($40 to $60) and Passenger side power seat valence (the thing that the switch is in) ($40 to $60). Price depends on the dealer you go to. I am doing this myself this month. My dealer will sell me all four parts for $515.00.That is less then the MSRP for the parts. You will have to try and make a deal with your dealership for the parts. Some have quoted me $850 for all four. The seat itself is the same part number for power or manual. There are two wire connectors on the bottom of the seat. The yellow one is for the side airbag, if you do not have a side airbag then this connector will have a cover on it. Even the manual seats in the 07 have the power connector for the power track. Mine is a manual seat now, but the connector is there. It looks to be connected to the seat for the sensors in the seat for the side air bags.

Wow, spending 500 and hours of work on this is way beyond me.

Leoleo, did you get this done. I wanted the comfort package, but ended up without it (long story). I'd be willing to speend 500-600 to convert it. Let us know how it goes.
